As of today, Optum Rx is experiencing a phone service outage affecting all customer service lines. Callers are currently receiving a busy signal and are unable to reach Optum Rx representatives. This issue impacts all CalPERS members attempting to contact Optum Rx by phone.
 
Optum Rx is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, members are encouraged to use the Optum Rx member portal or mobile app for assistance.
We will provide updates as soon as service is restored.
