Attention CSR Members!
A message from CalPERS Stakeholder Relations: PERSCare members received a letter indicating the 2019 Health Premiums were enclosed. Unfortunately, the letter did not include the enclosures. There are approximately 20,000 members who have been affected. A corrected letter will be mailed to the affected members apologizing for the inconvenience and will include the 2019 Health Premiums.
A copy of the letter that was sent is attached for reference.
