Open Enrollment runs Oct. 10 to Nov.4

The time for CalPERS members to make changes to their health plan or add eligible family members begins Oct. 10 and continues through Nov. 4.
In mid-August, CalPERS Open Enrollment packets were mailed to eligible members.
They contained the member’s health plan statement, rate sheet and a newsletter with highlights of the 2012 plan and benefit changes.
Retirees may change their health plans during Open Enrollment by calling CalPERS toll free at 888 CalPERS (or 888-225-7377) or by requesting a change in writing and mailing the request to:

Members may also access the Open Enrollment link on the home page of the CalPERS website at www.calpers.ca.gov for more information. You may also access health program publications, health plan information and health premium rates on the site.
