Attention Members: The OptumRx website is experiencing technical difficulties

Please review the message below from CalPERS in regards to the issue with OptumRX.

We are fully aware of the issue impacting the OptumRx website registration portal, and we apologize for any trouble you’re having. We’re actively working with Optum’s top executives in their efforts to eliminate any problems. They have made significant progress over the past day and will continue their work until all issues are resolved. Members can still obtain their medications at a pharmacy by presenting their new ID card. If you have questions or issues that haven’t been resolved, we want you to be able to get the help you need.
